Under Rated Card Spotlight: Mini Pekka

Background Information-  The mini pekka can be used in many ways.  The mini pekka can be an excellent troop to defend against higher health troops but it can also be used as an offensive unit.  The mini pekka is a glass cannon in that it can dish out huge amounts of damage on offense.  If it gets to your enemy tower, That mini pekka you just sent ewas well worth the cost of four elixir.  In my opinion, the mini pekka is a better defensive card than it is an offensive one.  I think this because on offense your opponent can easily distract your mini pekka with spear goblins.  However, on defense, you chose which troops your mini pekka attacks so her damage is a lot more controllable and useful. Mini Pekka Description–“The arena is a certified butterfly-free zone. No distractions for PEKKA, only destruction.” Mini Pekka Arena Unlock-  The mini pekka is unlocked at the tutorial arena.  Some of you guys may also know it as the training camp arena.  Along with unlocking the mini pekka there, you unlock the arrows, the fire ball, the bomber, the knight, the archers, the musketeer, the prince, the baby dragon, the witch, the skeleton army, and the  giant.  Of course, like any other card in the game, the mini pekka can be unlocked in any arena that the arena it was unlocked at.  In this case,...

Log deck

Background Information This deck is another hog rider type deck.  However, this deck uses the log.  In most people’s eyes, they do not see the utility that the log has.  I think the log is great at defense, being able to apply a lot of ground damage in a big, linear area while also allowing the enemy troops to be pushed back a little.   This deck is also a bit cheaper than most because it uses the log card rather than the fire ball card.  It also uses other cheap cards like the fire spirits and the zap spell.  I think the log is a great utility card when compared to the arrows or the fireball.  The log can do more damage to ground troops when compared to the arrows and also pushes them back a bit.  However, this extra damage is exchanged for its inability to target air troops.  I think you can use the log instead of the arrows because you already have enough anti air troops.  When it comes to your zap spell, fire spirits, and your furnace, no enemy three elixir minions or their minion horde will even come close to bothering you.  Also, the log is better than the fire ball in this deck because it allows you to cycle through your deck a little bit faster.  A one elixir difference can sometimes...

Chest Drop Order

Background Information Many of you guys and girls may be wondering about how the chest drop works in clash royale.  Some of you may think it is completely random or that certain chests are aligned with certain percentages for their drop rate.  However, both of these assumptions are false.  The rate at which the chests drop are already predetermined in a cycle.  This cycle contains 248 chests and will repeat once you reach the end.  The cycle can only be broken if you get a super magical chest.  Unlike all the other chests- the silver chest, the gold chest, the...

Fast Splash Deck

BACKGROUND INFORMATION This deck is called the fast splash deck because this deck revolves around a ton of splash, or area of effect, cards and are very quick in either movement speed or killing speed.  This deck works great against hut spamming decks because of all the splash damage it does have.  The splash damage cards take up half the deck and include the valkyrie, the fire spirits, the bomber, and the zap spell.  Although this does have a lot of splash damage, the main push comes from the hog rider.  The splash damage makes it very easy to defend or push along with your hog rider.  This is a great deck to use if you seem to be facing a lot of decks that center around over whelming your opponent with small, weak, and cost efficient troops like the hut spamming strategy deck or the hog rider cycle deck.  This deck may have a slight problem against the royal giant and sparky deck because of its lack of point damage troops.  The best way to defend from that is to zap the sparky and royal giant when it crosses your bridge and make sure you spawn your minions so they target the sparky, not the royal giant.  This deck can take on the sir heavy decks that contain the balloon because you have quite a bit of anti...

Under Rated Card Spotlight: Furnace

Background Information-  The furnace card can be used in many ways.  The furnace card can spawn small increments of troops at a time but generate a better elixir value when compared to it troop card counter parts, which in some cases is good and in some cases is bad.  The main reason I think this card is underrated is because the furnace is capable of a hug amount of damage.  For only four elixir, it can do over 1000 damage to enemy troops spread out over 50 seconds.  I think it is also under rated because people can use this card to essentially block of a lane from an opponent or fortify defenses to an extreme.  The furnace has some offensive support uses but really shines as a defensive card.  This card can also be used to support or counter the hut spam deck strategy which is pretty unique. Furnace Description-“The Furnace spawns two Fire Spirits at a time. It also makes great brick-oven pancakes.” Furnace Arena Unlock-  The furnace is unlocked at Arena Five.  This arena is more commonly known as Spell Factory.  Spell Factory is achieved by getting over 1400 trophies.  Other cards spell factory unlocks is the zap spell, the fire spirits, the wizards, the poison spell, the mirror, and the second unlock able legendary, the wizard.  Of course, like any other card in the game, the poison spell...
